1. Build basin specific coal reservoir databases

- Identify and characterize the target coal reservoirs

2. Quantify their resource capacity

3. Determine the optimum completion methodology

4. Locate the commercial sweetspots

5. Form Joint Ventures with selected partners to commercialize the target resource
